Multipipe Ltd & www.multipipe.co.uk (“We” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the personal data we collect about you for the purposes described in this policy including to provide you with sales information and a more personalised visiting experience. We do not share any data given to us through this website with third parties for sales, marketing or any other purpose.

Our site does include links to other websites, which we do not operate, we do not endorse the content, products or views of these sites, the links are purely for your information and we do not accept any responsibility for the use of linked sites.  Please check the privacy policy of each website you visit before you submit any personal data to these websites.

For training purposes, some telephone calls may be monitored.

What are cookies and why do we use them?

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Products you’ve added to the wishlist: we’ll use this to show you and other users your favourite products, and to create targeted email campaigns.
  • Wishlists you’ve created: we’ll keep track of the wishlists you create, and make them visible to the store staff

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us with. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
