Altis NUB pipe positioning panel is a preformed flexible plastic panel that allows pipes to be laid at every 50mm centre, making it ideal for 150mm and 200mm centre systems. The overall board size after overlapping is 1.4 x 0.8m (1.12mSq.). We recommend that one Nub overlaps the panels. This ensures a secure and sealed surface, making it ideal for poared screed systems as it acts as a slip membrane. No fixtures are required, as the weight of the screed will pull down the boards.
Key Features:
Variable pipe centres: Thanks to closer nubs, you can now lay pipe at 50mm centres for feeds and 100-200 centres for the system.
Easy to Cut: Made from flexible polystyrene board, it is light, easy to handle, and easy to cut, making system fitting quick and easy.
Ideal for retrofit: Because in some projects, the main concrete slab could be poured, this made fixing UFH pipes hard without screwing down rails; thanks to its sealed surface, this means you can very quickly lay boards and pour the screed over.
